Law - Terms and Conditions of sale and service using the Imagelab Website

Imagelab terms of trade are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with New Zealand law. In the event of any dispute relating to these terms or in respect of the supply of any goods or services by Imagelab, the New Zealand courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.

Imagelab owns the copyright for all the content on this site unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction of content or images in whole or part is forbidden.

At Imagelab we respect your privacy. When you order online by e-mail or purchase any of our products, all personal information collected will be confidential. We will not sell or give any of your personal information to a third party without your permission.

We may use this personal contact information to inform you of your account information or for order processing queries.

From time to time we may e-mail you promotional material or information relating to Imagelab products or services to keep you up informed. These e-mails will provide the option to decline receiving any future promotional information.

Online ordering

You agree to provide us with the accurate and complete personal information as may be necessary to allow us to fulfil your online order. It is mandatory to fill in the fields requiring:

Your name, your postal or courier address, your contact phone number, your e-mail address, your credit card details.

When your order is received a confirmation of order e-mail and job number will be sent to your e-mail address.

Despatch of Online Orders:

You can choose to have your order sent by post or courier or you can collect your prints directly from Imagelab Wellington or Christchurch. (charges and options are shown on the online order form).

Prices & Payment on Online Order Form

• All online order prices via our online order form are stated in New Zealand dollars(NZ$) and are inclusive GST. Our standard price list is shown as exclusive GST.
• A currency converter for your convenience is located underneath the "order total" on the online order page.
• Payment for online ordering is by Credit Card or New Zealand cheque.

Online Ordering Refunds Policy

We charge your credit card on placement of order. We will refund the transaction value to your card in the unlikely event of any problem with your order and the subsequent return of any prints.

Online Services - No liability for loss or damage

Imagelab do not accept liability for any damage or loss caused to your computer hardware, software, internet connections or other peripherals as a result of your use of Imagelab Online Ordering, FTP or View Images, services.

Imagelab exercises extreme care in handling digital files, however, it is your responsibility to keep back ups or copies of all material e-mailed or supplied to us.

Security - Using Your Credit Card:

Imagelab maintains a secure process for the collection, transmission and storage of your personal information. We have in place established security standards and procedures and we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Imagelab uses "DPS" (Direct Payment Systems) as a secure pay site. Your card details are entered through a secure server for the duration of the transaction and are never transmitted elsewhere or used for any other purpose.

If you are using our "View Images" online services you will be given a user name and password access to a particular account.

If you are using our FTP service you will be issued with a user name and password.
